We provide legal assistance in matters of social law, such as social benefits, personal assistance for individuals with disabilities, and support services under the LSS and SoL acts.

We help clients review and appeal decisions issued by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) or by municipal authorities.

We also assist with other issues concerning an individual’s contact with public bodies — guiding clients through complex administrative procedures, preparing and submitting applications to the appropriate authority, and offering an independent assessment of administrative decisions and assistance with reconsideration or appeal.
